Delivery Information

Your kitchen is delivered with the utmost care and protection, which is why Express 24 deliver all our kitchens ourselves, we do not use external couriers. We always ensure our customers delivery experience is quick and hassle free. Your delivery will be carried out by our own trained drivers and transport. 5 Working Day Delivery

Saturday and Sunday delivery is available as a special request and will incur weekend delivery rates, please contact us for more information.

Deliveries are between 7.00am and 6.30pm Monday – Friday.

A signature will be required on delivery. If you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive a text message from our driver confirming his estimated time of delivery when you are accepted as his next delivery for the day. You will then be sent another text message when the driver is half an hour away, and a final text when the driver is 5 minutes away.

Delivered direct from our warehouse

Items are delivered direct from our warehouse and are all tracked. Direct dispatch using our own transport is available to Mainland UK only.
Deliveries will be made to ground floor location at your chosen address and a signature will be required upon delivery.
Delivery will be Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm and we will contact you directly.
At your request - Delivery within 2-6 Working days you will be advised of dispatch/delivery by e-mail, SMS text message or telephone.
At your request - Delivery within 7-21 Working days you will be contacted by telephone to arrange delivery.
*Anything under eight components is a standard charge of £75.00
